Ibn Sina platform terms of use

These terms govern your use of the platform and clarify each party's rights and obligations. By using the platform you agree to the following.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and the related privacy policy.

2. Service description

Ibn Sina is a cloud platform for managing healthcare and insurance operations. We provide portals for providers and insurers depending on the account type you choose.

3. Account & responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any operation performed from your account is considered yours unless you notify us immediately of any potential breach.

4. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions follow the plans and prices in your signed agreement. Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you request cancellation before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual property

All technical and design content of the platform belongs to Ibn Sina. The data you enter (patient records, invoices, claims) remains entirely owned by your organization.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for any unlawful activity or any use that harms others' data integrity or breaches local healthcare regulations.

7. Disclaimer

We provide the platform as an operational tool. Final medical and financial decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified user. We assume no liability for any clinical decision derived from data within the platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with prior notice. On termination we deliver the data in a standard format (CSV/JSON) and delete it after a backup window of no more than 90 days.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the registered email at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are subject to the laws of the company's place of registration, and any dispute is resolved according to the legal procedures established there.
