1. Data we collect
We only collect what's necessary to operate the platform: organization data, data about the users who work in it, and the medical data you enter about your patients within your portal. We don't collect cross-site marketing tracking data.
- Account data: name, email, phone, role, permissions
- Patient data: medical records, invoices, claims (which remain owned by your organization)
- Operational data: login logs, operation timestamps, encrypted backups
2. How we use the data
We use the data exclusively to deliver the service, improve performance, and ensure security. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any party for marketing or analytics outside the platform's scope.
3. Data sharing
Medical and financial data is shared only between the parties authorized inside a workflow: the provider, the insurer concerned, and the patient through their personal portal. Nothing beyond that without an explicit legal order.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for the entire duration of your subscription. On termination we hand you a complete readable copy and delete the data from our servers after a backup window of no more than 90 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data to another platform. Contact us any time to exercise any of these rights.
6. Security
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for all connections, and rotating authentication keys at the infrastructure layer. Audit logs preserve every sensitive operation.
